Week 1: Employee must complete the training.
Week 2: if an employee does not take the training, IS team will send reminder emails on alternate days to the phished employee, prompting them to complete the training.
Week 3: HR team will send a reminder email to the employee, copying their manager. If the training is still not completed, HR will share the list with the IT team to initiate temporary system network disconnection. Further HR reminder email will be sent, copying the respective Manco member, warning that a Disciplinary action will be enforced if the training remains incomplete.
Week 4: HR will share a consolidated list of phished employees who haven't completed the training, and disciplinary action will be taken accordingly.
